Lidia Szczepanowski, Esq., is known as the
“no-nonsense”and “approachable”
lawyer. She has been a litigator for the past 20 years.

Lidia attended Hofstra University. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business in 1987. Thereafter she attended St. John's University School of Law. During law school, Lidia interned with Judge Arthur D. Spatt in the Appellate Division for the State of New York, Second Department and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She also received an Honorable Mention in the Charles M. Sparacio Mock Criminal Trial Competition and was a published member of the Admiralty Society. Lidia received her Juris Doctorate in June 1990. Soon after graduating, Lidia became a partner in a successful general practice law firm in Smithtown, New York where she provided legal counsel in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation, real estate, bankruptcy, matrimonial and other areas of law. Lidia has maintained an “of counsel” relationship with several Long Island law firms and has appeared on numerous television and radio shows as a legal correspondent.
